Natural Probiotics

Greetings to All Citizens of Mother Earth!

The natural productions of Probiotics.
 Recently I received a question from an inquirer. The  question was about probiotics,  which is a simple question requiring a simple answer. As my observation in the wilderness and living around the wild animal kingdom, I have learned fascinating and remarkable results of their behavior and the way they exist in nature. What I have so far learned is that they live their lives as nature. they flow with it, not against it. In other words, their food consumption is based on naturalistic mindset. This means that they don't take pills, they don't require vitamins, but yet, they have a vigorous and energetic body's, because they do not eat denatured food. But they do partake in a complex natural greens from the bounty of nature, as for the carnivorously counter part they have short intestinal tracks therefore it is by nature design to rid of the decomposed  fecal matter with in a short period of time no chance for the matter to ferment in the digestive system causing health complications uncooked, unprocessed nutrients. When you asked me about my take on  store purchase probiotics, they are artificially processed in a unnatural capsule form made from animal products once again the art of dissipation impressed on the people's, therefore they lack the living bacteria one would get for example, by sprouting grains seeds legumes. but I can tell you that you do not need a lot of space or a kitchen to sprout living supper food.

 Why sprout? For one, it is a living food that continues to have benefits even after it has been ingested and that is where the natural probiotics supply the body with  nutritional values such as  antioxidants, photochemical, trace minerals, bioflavonoids, enzymes, proteins,so it is a complete food in itself.  for example I have found that one pound of  lentils  when sprouted, it will provides enough nutrients to sustain the body for one week, if sprouted sequentially. It saves you money, it is nutritious and wise to create a salad for 3 meals in one day!!



Probiotics are already naturally in cells of the body. If one is herbivore  and lives by  the natural order of things consumes living food such as vegetables, fruits seeds grains and eatable Flowers that is pact with natural enzymes. vegan diet including raw and cooked food  preferably raw, then you should not have any deficiencies of probiotics. However, if you are still eating animal products including yogurt and milk, your body cannot digest it nor it can break down the food into amino acid the enzymes in your cells abort to aid in proses of amino acid productions, the digestive track have to work extra hard to complete the cycle of the required nutrients, animal genetics are  incompatibility with human body. 
Being omnivorous has not been proven to be beneficial to one's health in the long run.
